If your using H-Sphere Control
Panel:
go to http://mail.yourdomain.com/horde
Then enter your "full" POP3/eMail user name* and password
the same user name and password you have setup within your email
program (ie outlook)
BackGround:
WebMail allows you to process your E-Mail from any PC or computer with
Internet access and a web browser. There is no need to load or
configure any software on the computer. This is a great option when
traveling, when you wish to access your E-Mail from home, when at work,
or vice-versa - or simply to avoid the hassle of installing E-Mail
software on your PC. The WebMail option works in conjunction with an
existing POP3 E-Mail account associated with your domain. As part of
the WebMail option, each user gains a full "control panel" that allows
easy setting or changing of E-mail options and configurations. With the
WebMail control panel, each user can change their own password, turn
mail forwarding on or off; create a "vacation" or "I'm away"
auto-response E-Mail message, etc.
We have quite a few clients using WebMail just for the "control panel" capabilities even though they still use their favorite E-Mail software for reading/sending their messages.
